KATHMANDU, August 5: Thulo.Com has conducted training on Digital Literacy and Ecommerce for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on 29 July and 2 August.

Sabbu Maharjan, shared that “ I participated in the Training on Digital Literacy and Ecommerce provided by Thulo.Com. Before this training,I had a basic knowledge of digitization and had used less social media platforms. I used to post the products on Facebook and used to do email marketing. I have got additional knowledge on digital marketing, the importance of creating websites, and promoting the products online after participating in the training. I liked working on Digital Marketing Plan and finds it useful to stand out in the competitive world.”
Ganga Chhantyal, shared that “I have participated in the training on Digital Literacy and Ecommerce provided by Thulo.Com. The training was focused on digital transformation of a business. I have never done business online and feel grateful to be a part of this training. I have learned the importance of making a website and promoting products online and using different social media platforms for marketing. Now I have my own online shop at Thulo.com and am excited to experience the digital world.”
Krishna Kumari Poudel, shared that, “ I have participated in the training on Digital Literacy and Ecommerce that was provided by Thulo.Com. Before this training, I did not know about digitization but now I am more aware of using digital technologies to do the business online.I have realized the important role of online business in increasing sales, promotion of products, and reaching out to masses/ customers. In the training, I have learned how to make attractive content by mentioning the product's special features and descriptions in order to promote the products online.”
Ms. Manjali Shakya Bajracharya, Deputy Mayor expressed that small business owners especially women entrepreneurs now needs to take leap towards digital transformation of their business. She is happy that Thulo.Com is providing that platform for digital transformation to women entrepreneurs based in Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
Mr. Gokarna Raj Awasthi, Director General, FNCCI mentioned that businesses need to use digital technologies in order to be efficient in today’s era. Therefore, he has encouraged MSMEs to digitize their businesses through the use of e-commerce platforms like Thulo.Com.
