Terms of Service for Thulo Cloud

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thulo Cloud, a service provided by Thulo Inc Pvt. Ltd. ("Thulo Cloud," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Thulo Cloud, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Thulo Cloud.
Use of Thulo Cloud
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use Thulo Cloud. If you are using Thulo Cloud on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1.2. Accounts: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of Thulo Cloud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Content on Thulo Cloud
2.1. User-Generated Content: Thulo Cloud may allow users to submit, post, or display content, including text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Thulo Inc Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with Thulo Cloud.
2.2. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit, post, or display User Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Thulo Cloud reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms.
Payment and Billing
If you purchase services or products through Thulo Cloud, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Thulo Cloud may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.
Privacy
Your use of Thulo Cloud is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Thulo Cloud, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy (https://thulocloud.com/privacy).
Termination
Thulo Inc Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Thulo Cloud at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
Thulo Inc Pvt. Ltd. may update these Terms at any time, and such updates will be effective upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure your continued compliance.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Warranty: Thulo Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thulo Inc Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lalitpur, Nepal.
